Client Results: Business Efficiency and Student Satisfaction Sinclair Community College had an outdated ID Card system featuring multiple cards with no common service platform. With a mandate to create a new card offering multiple service opportunities on a common platform that would pay for itself within five years, Sinclair’s Director of Business Services, Charlie Giles, turned to Blackboard. According to Mr. Giles, “The project has been highly successful. 78,000 cards have been issued and millions of campus transactions have been processed.” Moreover, Sinclair has saved over $150,000 per year in labor costs.
